Multi-instrumentalist, composer, novelist and entrepreneur. The artist behind Sit With This.
Little Moses Jones is a bandleader, multi-instrumentalist, composer, novelist and entrepreneur, and the artist behind Sit With This. Born in Defiance, Ohio and based in Denver, Colorado, he started on piano at age five and has spent more than three decades making music that refuses to sit in one lane: soul, jazz, funk, hip-hop, R&B and Latin jazz.
He plays all four saxophones (soprano, alto, tenor and baritone), keyboards, tuba, contrabass, drums and percussion, and has written more than 55 original songs.
His first album, LEGENDARY (2014), was recorded with musicians from some of the biggest stages in the world: Daryl Woolfolk, drummer for Gladys Knight; Matthew Pittman, keyboardist for Gladys Knight and Boyz II Men; and Morris O'Connor, guitarist for Earth, Wind & Fire. The album reached #1 on the Latin Jazz, R&B, Funk & Blues charts, charted at #5 in Canada, and earned 6 Hollywood Music Awards nominations and 9 Josie Music Awards nominations.
Sit With This, founded in 2020, is where that original music lives on stage and on record, from the 19-track album Midnight Mosaic to the Against All Odds Soundtrack. He also leads the Little Moses Jones band, the 90s and 2000s R&B and hip-hop live show, has appeared on 9NEWS Colorado & Company, and founded the Colorado bakery Urban Bread Co.

Little Moses Jones writes the way he plays: across genres. His novels move from music-industry drama to thrillers, love stories, comedy and Christmas, and his two newest, Against All Odds and The Silent Encore, are both stories about musicians, legacy and what it costs to stay true to yourself. His writing earned a Book Author nomination at the 2025 Red Carpet Awards.

Xavier Jones is a self-taught 22-year-old producer from East Cleveland, seventy-two hours from eviction, when Northside Records offers him a deal on one condition: change his sound. A story about the price of staying true to yourself, with characters like Mama Ruth who also give their names to songs on the Against All Odds Soundtrack.
